北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计The annual output of 5 million automotive filter production processdesignAbstractThe filter is an indispensable filter adsorption device for a car.The filter has a large amountof use and a wide range of applications,but the production level of domestic manufacturers isuneven.I plant design of the air conditioning filter USES two kinds of production methods:activated carbon filter,air conditioning single-effect air-conditioning filter,increase thecustomer's choice,air filter,we adopt a kind of acetate nanofibers composite non-wovenfabric for innovation,biodegradable,belongs to a kind of environmental protection material,while reducing costs,improve the efficiency of the filter.In this design,our research directionis how to reduce the cost while improving the filter efficiency,through the modification ofraw materials and improve the accuracy of the machine to achieve this purpose.Through thereference,we designed the production process route of automotive filters,mainly usingultrasonic to composite materials,through cutting,folding,welt and other operations toproduce filter products.And draw out the process flow chart,etc.The material balance of thisdesign is carried out,and the annual demand of various raw materials is obtained:PET 3700rolls,melting spray 556 rolls,ordinary non-woven 284 rolls,composite non-woven 272 rolls,activated carbon 15193 bags,hot melt adhesive 3356 bags,PP 10,000 bags.According to theequipment,the annual power consumption of the plant is calculated to be 450688 kw-h.Thelayout of the workshop and the layout of the workshop are designed and drawn.Theworkshop area is 8000m2 and the workshop area is 1050 m2.Finally,the design costaccounting,calculated that the total cost of a year is 23020236 yuan.Keywords:Non-woven fabric,Car filter,Air filter,Environmental protection,Theadsorption
