AbstractAbstractThis design is a preliminary production process design for the recovery of78,000 tons of crude benzene per year.In this design,the recovery process of crudebenzene in the coking plant mainly includes benzene washing and debenzol.Benzene washing column is packed absorption column and debenzine column isplate rectifying column.The main process is (1)atmospheric pressure tar wash oilwash benzene process,wash away the crude benzene in the gas.(2)adopt oil-richdephenyl process heated by tube furnace to recover crude benzene.The main towerequipment is also calculated and selected,including:Dmaterial balance;2 Heatbalance;3theoretical plate number,tower diameter,packing selection and packinglayer height calculation.To determine the equipment process parameters,to choosethe appropriate equipment to ensure the smooth synthesis process and make theefficiency as much as possible.In addition to its ancillary equipment analysis,calculation,the whole production process to achieve economic,practical,highefficiency,product precision purposes.Keywords 78,000 tons of crude benzene;Absorption tower:Process design
