北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计AbstractIn Non-Destructive Testing,ultrasonic penetration method is one of thecommonly used methods.Scanning detection is an effective way to realize theintelligent automatic detection of ultrasonic,which has a certain significance for theefficiency and quality of ultrasonic detection.In the process of flaw detection,thetester needs to debug and correct the instrument for many times,debugging complexproblems,and the scanning device can avoid more human factors interference,such asthe force of pressing the probe,and improve the convenience of NDT.This design uses three-axis screw scanning frame,stepping motor,driver andsingle-chip microcomputer to build a water immersion ultrasonic scanning device.The upper computer PC system software is LabVIEW,while the lower computer coredevice is single-chip microcomputer.The graphic interface of LabVIEW is theoperation platform,which is responsible for data collection and communication.Thisdesign can improve the system flexibility,scalability,but also reduce the cost.Key words:thin plate;ultrasonic penetration method;driver;three-axis screwscanning frame;single chip microcomputer.
