北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科毕业设计Process Simulation and Optimization of Distillation Processof Vinyl Acetate with Annual Output of 500,000 TonsAbstractThis paper studies and designs Process Simulation and Optimization of DistillationProcess.In order to provide reliable calculation data and process parameters,the data simulationand parameter optimization of the design process are carried out with the help of Aspen PlusV9.Three main models are established,which are crude fractionator,vinyl acetate rectifyingtower and acetic acid rectifying tower.According to the physical properties and operationconditions,the activity coefficient mixed model in the thermodynamic model is adopted in theVAc distillation unit,and the process simulation calculation of the crude column,VAcdistillation unit and acetic acid distillation unit is established.The simulation results of the500000 t/a VAc distillation unit are basically consistent with the actual values in literature,which verifies the reliability and accuracy of the model.The number of stages,reflux ratio,distillate to feed tatio and feeding stage are analyzed.How to influence the separation effect,how to change the energy consumption,and how to select the better process parameters finally.Through the optimization of process parameters,the product of vinyl acetate was purified,themass fraction was 99.99%vinyl acetate,at the same time,was 99.86%acetic acid.The resultsshow that the purity of VAc product is greatly improved by optimizing the process parameters.Using the results of optimization,the design and selection of tower equipment,heat exchanger,pump and storage tank are carried out.Based on Aspen Plus V9 operation,the unit operation model designed in this paper isfeasible to simulate the VAc distillation unit.So the optimization scheme proposed in this papercan be applied to the industrial production,and can play a guiding role in the actual production.Keywords:Vinyl acetate,Aspen Plus,distillation,process simulation,optimization.
