AbstractIn order to solve the problem of precipitation and stratification of straw paint,improve the application performance of straw paint in the storage and constructionprocess,improve the storage stability of straw paint to the greatest extent,and use thelowest cost method to maximize the use effect of straw paint.According to theperformance and process requirements of straw paint products,the effects of straw,thickener,system temperature and other factors on the stability of straw paint wereinvestigated by the single factor test method with targeted experience screeningmethod.After the experimental study,it was concluded that when the temperature wascontrolled at 40'C,the reduction of the amount of straw could make the waterresistance of straw paint reach the best value;hydroxypropylmethylcellulose couldmake the water resistance of straw paint reach the best value When the content ofHPMC is 1g,the thermal cycling resistance of straw paint is the best.The etherifiedstraw paint provides a great help for the storage stability of the paint,and the alkaliresistance of the modified straw paint is significantly higher than that of the commonstraw paint.Key words:Straw aint;Water resistance;Storage stability;Alkali resistance
