AbstractWith the rapid development of economy,the process of urbanization inour country is gradually accelerated.In this context,Foshan traditionalculture has also been affected.Therefore,it is of great significance to studyhow to protect Foshan culture and make it continue to spread.Fengjianvillage is not only the famous water town of Foshan,but also has a longhistory of food culture.It has distinct Guangdong characteristics and is one ofthe important origins of Cantonese cuisine.The cultural research of Fengjianvillage is of great significance to strengthen the brand construction,create afood culture exchange circle and promote the development of Foshan cultureas a whole.This paper takes Fengjian village as an example,through therelevant theoretical research and analysis of the local investigation,andfinally combines the application of scenic spots and food in culturalpromotion,so as to gradually promote the innovation and development ofFoshan cultureKey words:fung jian village;culture;research and exploration
