ABSTRACTCurrently on the market for screw to install detection using artificial mostly,whenneed to check the number of screws and screw more small,workers are more difficult tocheck and install.Therefore,in order to make the test results more rapid and accurate,thispaper tries to solve this problem by using the machine vision algorithm.Before the design,we had a knowledge of machine vision and image processingtechnology to better solve the problem.Then began the experiment,first,we get the imageof the screw in the right light.Then the image is processed and tested by the HALCONsoftware,and the screw is checked and the screw position is highlighted.The resulting testresults will interact with the c++Builder and display the user interface designed by BCB.Keywords:screw;machine vision;image processing:HALCON:C++Builder
