大学生校外租房现象调查研究

AbstractIn recent years,the phenomenon of College Students'renting hot has been warmingup.The "ban on rent"has not played a great role in the phenomenon of CollegeStudents'renting,but there is a great potential safety hazard for college students.Inorder to strengthen the management of College Students'renting outside school,it isnecessary to explore the factors of College Students'renting.Based on thequestionnaire analysis,this paper investigates the renting of college students outsidethe campus,analyzes the influencing factors of College Students'renting and analyzesthe problems existing in the renting of college students,and puts forward somesuggestions for improving the phenomenon of off campus renting.Key words:college students;off campus renting;no rent order
