皮筋抗阻训练对北京体育大学单排轮滑球专项学生滑行速度的影响摘要:滑行速度是单排轮滑球重要的部分之一,在比赛中队员经常利用自身的速度达到摆脱防守队员从而获得进攻机会。如何提高运动员的滑行速度收到了越来越多人的关注。而腿部力量在滑行动作完成中起着至关重要的作用。在近几年中很多的项目开始通过运用皮筋抗阻训练来锻炼运动员的腿部力量。本文通过皮筋抗阻的实验对北京体育大学2018级单排轮滑球专项学生滑行速度效果的研究,通过实验收集本文所需的数据,并对其对比分析。并且查找和阅读相关文献,了解滑行速度在轮滑球运动中的重要性,从而为以后的轮滑球教学训练中提供一定的方向性和目标性。本文研究得出,通皮筋抗阻训练有效的干预,实验组在直线滑行、单圈滑行均较对照组有显著提高。同时增添轮滑球的教学和训练的丰富性。关键词:单排轮滑球:皮筋抗阻:滑行速度Elastic resistance training on in-line skates ball special Beijing sportsuniversity students the effect of sliding speedAbstract:Taxiing speed is one of the important parts of single row roller skates.In the game,players often use their own speed to get rid of the defenders and get the chance to attack.Moreand more people pay attention to how to improve the taxiing speed of athletes.And the legstrength plays an important role in the completion of gliding.In recent years,many sports began toexercise the leg strength of athletes by using the resistance training of leather tendons.In thispaper,through the experiment of resistance of leather tendons,the effect of sliding speed of 2018single row roller skating ball special students of Beijing Sport University is studied,and the dataneeded in this paper is collected through the experiment,and the comparative analysis is made.And search and read the relevant literature to understand the importance of sliding speed in rollerskating,so as to provide a certain direction and goal for the future roller skating teaching andtraining.This study shows that the experimental group has a significant improvement instraight-line sliding and single circle sliding compared with the control group.At the same time,add the richness of teaching and training of roller skating.Key words:single row roller ball;Rubber band resistance;Sliding speed.
