社会体育指导与管理专业就业前景分析与研究—以佛山科学技术学院为例

AbstractWith the further development of politics,economy and culture and the deepening of thenational fitness program,the consciousness of the whole people's fitness has been graduallystrengthened.People's demand for sports activities,such as fitness,entertainment,health care andrehabilitation,is increasing year by year.This will inevitably lead to an increase in the demand forsports talents in society.In order to meet the needs of the society,Foshan University has set up amajor of social sports guidance and management.According to the theory of social demand,thesocial sports guidance and management of Foshan University should be in a state of short supply.But through a survey of graduates from Foshan University,the employment situation is notoptimistic.Therefore,only the in-depth investigation and study of the existing problems can leadthe Foshan University to adjust the idea of running a school and improve the employment rate.Based on literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this study investigated the socialsports guidance and management talents training mode and talent market demand in FoshanUniversity.This is the Foshan University should cultivate students basic knowledge and basicskills of the personnel quality,through comprehensive analysis,in order to improve thedevelopment of students'potential ability and the reality of the individual,but should beemployment in the process of the interview skills training,graduates should change their ideas andimprove the overall quality,strengthen the employment policy and employment form ofunderstanding.In order to solve the above problems,this study puts forward the correspondingsuggestions and countermeasures.In order to promote the development of occupational health,cultivate qualified talents needed by society and promote students'employment,it will provide atheoretical basis and useful reference for the reform and construction of curriculum system.Keywords:social sports guidance and management;Job prospects and analysis;Foshanuniversity of science and technology.
