AbstractWith the advent of the era of social intelligence,the number of working leaderssuch as programmers and financial analysts has increased.More and more patientswith cervical spondylosis.At present,the main treatment of cervical spondylosis inclinical medicine is local traction and manipulation.Therefore,the purpose of thispaper is to study a full-automatic cervical rehabilitation device for the rehabilitation ofcervical patients.Through consulting a large number of books related to human rehabilitation,Idesigned the mechanical structure of two major rehabilitation actions:neck tractionand neck lateral flexion.In addition,the related three-dimensional model,strengthcheck calculation and finite element analysis of cervical spine are carried out.Finally,the traction time and side bending angle of the neck are determined,and the 3Danimation simulation of the neck rehabilitation device is carried out to simulate thesituation when the patient uses the neck rehabilitation device independently and verifythe operation of each mechanism.In this paper,cervical spondylosis patients as the research object,through theexisting reasonable neck rehabilitation program,the use of cervical traction to correctthe physiological curvature of the cervical spine and lateral flexion of the neck toassist patients with cervical sternocleidomastoid muscle strengthening exercise,around these two aspects of the structural design,and the reasonable verification ofthe mechanism to complete the graduation design.Key words:Neck traction;Neck rotation;Structural design:Finite element analysis
