小区物业管理系统的开发与实现Abstract:With the continuous development and progress of network development technology,network development technology has been applied to more and more communities andpersonal management businesses,bringing great convenience to all kinds of management inthe district.The current efficiency of the property management in most of the cells is verylow,the relevant information to the management area can not be effectively managed,manyflaws also exist for the process of community management,there is an urgent need to assistinformation on residential area related to the scientific management and control of the use ofresidential information management the system can improve the work efficiency,propertymanagement,community management scientific,accurate and convenient for the purpose.The front office function module of the district property management system,the frontstage function module includes household add,personal information management,modifylogin password,parking view,payment information management,complaint informationmanagement and other functions.The background function module of residential propertymanagement system,background function module,including account informationmanagement,household information management,notification information management,building information management,parking information management,cost informationmanagement,complaint information management,repair information management and otherfunctions.The system is designed and implemented based on the ASP.NET framework,and thesystem is tested at last,and the test results are given.Key words:Information system;property management;database;B/S;ASP.NET framework
