AbstractWith the development of the science and technology,Internettechnology owns a important status in our daily life.The rapid developmentof the Internet has also driven the management of reading and listening tobooks,and developed a reading and listening system based on WeChatmini-programs,hoping to provide users with convenient services.The development of the reading and listening system based onWeChat applet is based on the C/S structure,and the development processuses the MVC development model with clear levels.The system wassuccessfully implemented and developed using WeChat developer tools andMYSQL database.The thesis first explained the development of a WeChatapplet-based reading and listening system,Through the investigation andanalysis of the system,the functional requirements of the system arebotained.The database content is defined through the functionalrequirements.The design is based on WeChat applet procedures of readingand listening to the book system information management,in order topeople can be easy to operate,easy to manage information,to meet themanagement needs of managers.Key words:WeChat applet development tool MVC Mysql database
