AbstractIn order to optimize the function and visualization of the OpenStackmonitoring module and ensure the stable operation of the OpenStackinstance,a monitoring system for OpenStack was designed.Through the useof Libvirt,Python programming language,Django framework,Echarts andother development technologies,a monitoring system with real-timemonitoring and real-time alarm functions has been completed.The systemmainly realizes real-time monitoring by drawing data output per second intoa chart,restoring the authenticity of current running resources.Finally,the OpenStack platform was built and tested in a local virtualenvironment.The system can accurately output the current resource status ofthe instance and implement alarm and other functions.Solved the defects ofthe OpenStack monitoring module in terms of function and data visualization,and for the OpenStack monitoring module to obtain resource data from theController node,the system directly obtains resource data from the Computernode,thereby saving Controller node resources.Key words:OpenStack;resource monitoring;virtualization;Libvirt;Python
