Arrangement of production plan and related discussion of an electricalappliance factoryAbstract This article is a discussion of the quantity planning of manufacturers'products.we willuse integer programming to solve the production quantity and sales planning problems in practicalapplications.According to the conditions given by the problem,LINGO software is used to solveand analyze the problem the number of materials to be consumed and the time,use The simplexmethod and Lingo software are used for preliminary solution analysis,and the resource limit andmarket capacity are used as constraints to obtain the results.The resource limit and marketcapacity are taken as constraints to obtain the results.How to buy and increase time and materialsis the final understanding of these structures.After setting the variables and constraints in this article,first use the simplex method to solve,andthen use Lingo software to verify the solution results.The analysis results show that under theconditions of the number of resources and market capacity,200 products of A and B are produced250 pieces,100 pieces of C products,can make the most profit from the electrical appliancefactory.The dual prices of market capacity of A,B and C are 10 yuan,12 yuan and 14 yuanrespectively.The dual price for materials and units is 0.To open the market,we must first open theC market.If material is required,the material and processing time will not increase because thereis a large margin of material and processing time.Key words Lingo18.0,Optimal Solution,Operational Planning and optimization,Integerprogramming
