The design of semiconductor Dehumidifier Based on leathergoods clothing boxAbstractDehumidifiers are widely used in various fields.At present,dehumidificationtechnology mainly includes air cooling dehumidification,cooling pipe,coolingdehumidification,liquid dehumidification and semiconductor condensationdehumidification.Among them,the semiconductor condensation dehumidification ismore popular in small family space with certain demand because of its small noiseand vibration,obvious effect,stable performance,low energy consumption and nocondensation in external space.Its principle is to produce Peltier effect by usingsemiconductor refrigeration sheet so as to achieve refrigeration and dehumidificationeffect.This design uses STC89C52 single chip microcomputer to set the humidityvalue required by the leather clothing box,and uses the external environmenthumidity to monitor,so as to control the automatic switch of the dehumidifier,so asto achieve the process of low consumption dehumidification.At the same time,this design uses gambit and fluent for fluid simulation,so as toassist device design.At the same time,the design also made a physical simulationexperiment,and tested the actual use of the device.Finally,the economic benefits ofthe device are also discussed.Keywords:Single chip microcomputer;Peltier effect;semiconductor refrigerationsheet;leather products;condensation dehumidifier
