ABSTRACTAlong with the information technology in the management of a more profound andextensive application,management information systems implementation,technology hasgradually matured.Management information system is a continuous development of newdisciplines,any one unit to survive and to develop,efficient activities of the internalorganization of organic,it must establish its own characteristics and to adapt the managementof information system.Student management system is one of the main components of theschool management system,to some extent reflects a a school teaching modernization level,the system's advanced nature will lead the school teaching quality forward rapid development.Through this platform,students employment information management system,studentscan achieve management,employment management informatization,network,systematic,standardized management,liberated from the complex data query and statistics,a better graspof student employment information.The main functions of the system include:the classinformation management,student employment information management,employmentinformation management and Recruitment Information.The front of the system using JSP as a development language,the use of SQL2005 as adatabase management system,the development environment is MyEclipse,server usingtomcat,developed a Web technology based on B/S structure based student informationmanagement system.Key words:Themanagement of student emp loyment,managementsystem,JSP,B/S structure
