University procurement project management system basedon sping+springmve+JDBCAbstract:According to the national procurement law and the requirements of the ministry ofeducation,as non-profit institutions,the purchase of equipment or assets in universities should beincorporated into the govemment procurement.For the current information office,the domesticgovemments at all levels basically realize the office automation and information sharing,thepromotion and development of paperless office are in a good form,the managers at all levels ofgovemment through the network to obtain the information of institutions and departments hasbeen very common.Similarly,the university information construction is also in full stride,theuniversity information construction is of great significance,not only can be lightweight andefficient office,especially for the university occupies a large workload proportion of theprocurement work.Due to the large amount of information and complicated steps involved in theprocurement work,it is difficult to make the information completely transparent at the beginningof the procurement execution and the result of the procurement.The procurement system iscompletely customized according to the requirements of the govemment and the actual situationof the school,and the information can be tracked comprehensively from the beginning to the endof the procurement.Not only to meet the procurement tasks in an orderly manner,but also tofacilitate the school's staff to have a more comprehensive understanding of the procurementbusiness,also let the school leaders more convenient to the procurement work of all kinds ofinformation in a comprehensive control.By integrating the requirements of all parties,the system development will use JSPtechnology,the framework USES spring+springMVC+JDBC,the programming language choosesJava,the database is MySQL.Openness,flexibility and simplicity will be the principles of thesystem.The main functions are procurement project approval,bidding and procurementmanagement,other procurement management,contract management,acceptance management andother functions.Key words:university procurement project management system,Electronic information,spring
