feeding cup and feedingAbstractWith the rapid development of China's industrial automation and industrial intelligence,some milk tea industries in China have been gradually upgraded in automation andintelligence.In this paper,a kind of automatic intelligent self-service milk tea machinestructure is designed based on the actual situation.However,at present,there is little researchon the application of automatic self-service milk tea machine.With the development ofautomation and intelligence in the milk tea industry,the automatic and intelligent milk teamachine has a good development prospect,so it is of great significance to its research anddesign.This paper firstly analyzes the market of the milk tea industry and the existingself-service milk tea vending machines,and defines the structure design scheme of theself-service milk tea machine.According to the design of each structure,the structure of thewhole machine is divided into modules,and then through the parameters of relatedtechnologies,the automatic cup feeding and cup dropping structure,mobile transport structureand feeding structure are analyzed and designed.Through 3D modeling and assembly of theparts of these structures,material selection and color,the final model of the structure ofself-service milk tea machine feeding into the cup is presented,and the feasibility of allstructural assembly is also checked.Secondly,the Simulation software is used to conductstatics analysis of the key components of these structures,check the static carrying capacity ofthese structures and further improve the existing problems in the analysis.Based on the research and analysis of the structure of automatic cup feeding and cupdropping,mobile transportation and feeding,a self-feeding milk tea machine with automaticintelligence is designed.The modeling and assembly of parts are completed according to theactual structure size and the structural design of the whole machine.Keywords:drop cup into cup structure;Transport structure:feeding structure;Structural design;Finite element analysis目录
