北京理工大学珠海学院XXXX届本科生毕业设计Design of automatic folding machineAbstractThis graduation project's topic is the automatic folding machine,its research object is thecardboard box in daily life.The design is divided into three major parts,the storage system,cardboard grab device and the push device with front cover and back cover.The wholeproduction process is automatic,which standing a lonely working ability,and also togetherwith the use of assembly line that made up of sealing machine and strapping machine.Whenworking,the cardboard in the storage tank is first stretched into a rectangle by a suctiondevice,then the back cover is bent in sequence by two groups of telescopic cylinders.The boxis pushed onto the conveyor belt and bent the front cover after being sealed by the paste tape,then the box is shaped after these operations.The main bright spot in this design is to producedifferent specifications of the carton,and finally to achieve the high-efficiency production.Inorder to cut down the costs,and considering that only one kind of carton is used in one-timeproduction,the height and width management device are manually adjusted.In this paper,thedesign of the automatic folding machine is described in detail,including the selection of thedesign,the design of the mechanism,the motor selection and some important calculations.Key words:cardboard,automatic folding machine,telescopic cylinder,regulatingmechanism
