Intelligent material robot-Design of robot mobile platformAbstractBecause of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,robots arenow visible in all walks of life,especially in the industrial production is in the tuyereposition,is replacing human labor force to become the future industrial machinelabor force.We adhere to the design concept of environmental protection,simplicityand efficiency,and design an intelligent robot that can independently complete thematerial handling work under the condition of no supervision,which greatly makesthe production efficient and intelligent.The intelligent material robot designed by us is composed of three parts:mechanical arm,console and mobile platform.I am responsible for the mobileplatform design,using Arduino as the control center,and the control body includesphotoelectric sensor module,tracking module,motor drive module,obstacleavoidance module,etc.The three-part material robot can accurately grasp,transportand place materials through the interaction of software and hardware.This paper describes the design process of the mobile platform of intelligentmaterial robot and the whole process of hardware selection and software control,including hardware selection,circuit schematic design,programming,motionsimulation and control experience.Keywords:Arduino control;tracking;sensor;mobile platform
