北京理工大学珠海学院二O二O届本科生毕业设计Structural design and simulation of intelligent garageAbstractWith the acceleration of urbanization and economic development,the improvement ofpeople's quality of life,the convenience of automobile as a means of transportation,thenumber of cars in China is increasing rapidly,and the difficulty of parking has become aprominent problem.Many cities will build large-scale underground garages to solve theproblem of expensive land price and difficult parking,but the underground garages lack ofinnovation,and can not make better use of space,making the parking resources continue towaste,there are still some shortcomings,such as the lack of guidance for users,the use oftime for unfamiliar users,low efficiency,poor environment and low security.At this time,theintelligent garage was born.The intelligent garage is a kind of three-dimensional garage thatcan make full use of land resources and space.It is more convenient to operate.It can changethe parking mode,change the appearance and beautify the urban environment according to thedifferent environment.In this paper,the development and current situation of intelligent garage at home andabroad are studied.Aiming at the problems faced,a new type of intelligent garage is designedand planned.The specific work is as follows:(1)Plan the garage structure,complete the system composition,design the structurescheme and select.Analyze the stress and safety detection,analyze the working principle,andmake the process of vehicle storage and pick-up.(2)Using SolidWorks three-dimensional design software for drawing,realize theparametric design of intelligent garage components,select PLC as the controller,selectvarious components,and process the detection signal data.(3)Assemble the manufactured garage and use software to test the intelligent garage,and the result strength meets the requirements.Through many times of design and simulation tests,the system is proved to be stable andreliable,which ensures that the intelligent garage improves the advantages of intelligence,security,automation and so on.Key words:intelligent garage;SolidWorks;control system;simulation
