Corn Thresher-Software DesignAbstractIn the process of corn production,corn harvesting is a very important part,and in theprocess of corn harvesting,corn threshing is a crucial link.Therefore,in view of theproblems of the present corn thresher,such as high crushing rate and low net removal rate,we designed a corn thresher with low crushing rate and high net removal rate.In order to improve the clean rate of corn thresher and reduce the crushing rate,thispaper introduces the background of corn thresher and analyzes the development status ofcorn thresher at home and abroad,then uses Proteus Software to design the circuit diagramand simulate the circuit of this corn thresher design,and uses AT89C51 single chipmicrocomputer to program the design.After a series of research,design and improvement,the final design of corn threshermeets the requirements we want.Keywords:Corn Thresher;AT89C51;Circuit Design;Programming;Speed;Clearance
