西安交通大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTWith industrialization growing,it made that products companies faced increasingly complexdesign tasks.In order to improve the efficiency of product design,the design of the complexproducts requires the interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary members in different functionaldepartments of extended enterprises to join in decision-making.The conventional CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Work)system was lacking in the support for the processof decision-making for complex product desing,especially on details of process tracking andinformation acquisition,effective collaboration based on toolkits under the conditions ofheterogeneous terminals and the efficiency optimization of system service to support largecollaborative user groups,etc.To solve those problems above,the theory of collaborativedecision-making and the enabling technology of system environment together with itssupported toolkits are research in this thesis.The main contents are liseted as follows:1)The model of group decision-making conflict resolution is packaged based on OperatingProcedure Template (OPT).By analysing the relationship between the roles of thecooperative users and the cooperative management,recording the operation processes andinformation of cooperative decision-making,tracking and maintaining the history recordsof the cooperative decision-making,we can provide the data mining source and decisionbasis for others.2)In the collaborative environment consisting of the heterogeneous terminals like handhelddevices,desktop computers and so on,the co-browsing function is studied.A lightweightrepresentaion method of parts model is proposed based on the format of Scalable VectorGraphics (SVG)for handeld devices.Based on the GZIP compression algorithm and theincremental data transfer methods,an SVG browser is completed for co-browing in theheterogeneous terminals environment at the same time.3)For obtaining more original information,a packaging method of webified desktop appsis studied.The stand-alone desktop apps are packaged networkingly based on the principleof Virtual Network Computing (VNC)and the protocol of Remote Framebuffer(RFB)fornetwork sharing,remote invocation and expanding the methods of initial decision-makinginformation acquisition.4)Develop multimedia interaction tool using Java Media Frame (JMF)API while improvinginteraction efficient by IP multicast.Then a cooperative multimedia environment isconstructed to meet the habits of user interaction.The research is supported by the 863 plan hold by Ministry of science and technology (Project Num:2007AA00Z121)
