AbstractAbstract:The structural characteristic of a filter mask was analyzed,and the formingtechnology program of the filter mask was determined.The design of layout insingle-row and with few scraps was stated in detail and the total structure andcharacteristic of multi-position progressive die for filter mask were introduced.Thestrip materials were precisely oriented by side edge and pilot pin.A rapid and efficientblanking effect was achieved and the quality requirements were met.Keywords multi-position;progressive die;layout;die structure;technical ;analysis第顶
