Structural Design of a Billiard Table Automatic Swing Ball CollectionDeviceAbstractAbstract:With the development of science and technology and the improvement ofliving standards,various facilities in the entertainment field continue to innovate,a variety oftraditional entertainment have gradually increased automation elements,the entertainmentprocess of ordinary billiard machines,need to manually collect billiards and place them inaccordance with billiard rules,the drawbacks of ordinary billiard tables directly affectpeople's entertainment feelings,so a variety of billiard tables with different degrees ofautomation continue to appear,but can not effectively save manpower,Therefore,thedevelopment and design of a set of automatic ball collection swing device completelyreplaces the manual operation of automatic swing ball dribbling,which has importantresearch significance and market prospects.In this paper,in the process of automatic ball collection and pendulum design of billiardtable,three-dimensional software is used to design the reasonable mechanical structure of thewhole set of devices,and the components are assembled to realize the automatic ballcollection swing process.The design of automatic billiard ball machine ball collectingpendulum device mainly includes:ball collection device design,swing ball device,servomotor selection,manipulator design,kinematic analysis,etc.Here we focus on calculatingand selecting each servo motor so that the expected effect can be achieved,followed by astructure such as a manipulator scissor brace,in this design because the shaft has little effecton the overall requirements,it is negligible,that is,it is not calculated,so a rod is calculatedunder the maximum load and the strength is sufficient.The results show that the automaticbilliard ball machine has the characteristics of reliable structure,rapid and accurate swing ball.The automatic billiard ball collection swing device can replace humans to complete the ballcollection swing action,so that human beings are freed from repeated and tedious physicallabor,which increases the fun of the game and has a good market prospect.Key Words:The ball collection process;Automatic swing ball;Structural design
