Design of automatic drug storage system in pharmacyAbstractChina's real concern and Research on pharmacy automation system began in the 1990s.The labor-intensive type has always been the representative of developing countries,while theindustrial and technological intensive type represents the strength of comprehensive nationalstrength.In the past ten years,the medical security system has been booming.Thedevelopment of socialism with Chinese characteristics is reflected in other aspects,such aspharmacy automation system.Due to the immature technology of automatic drug delivery andthe imported products which are not in line with the national conditions of our country in theearly stage,various problems arise.The inclined medicine storage tank has become the mainstream of pharmacy medicinestorage mechanism.I changed the slot into a plate to realize the same function and reduce themachining amount.By comparing the vertical medicine tank,the flat end medicine tank andthe inclined medicine tank,the advantages and disadvantages of the vertical medicine tank aresimply analyzed,and the medicine storage mechanism suitable for the outpatient pharmacy inline with the national conditions is selected.Because there is no previous design experience inthis field,most of the existing ideas and designs come from the modern understanding ofpharmacy automation system.Mechanical analysis is necessary for the key mechanism.In the process of resonancefrequency analysis of the stop,it is found that the torsion spring is a relatively vulnerable part,and then it is converted to the modal analysis of the torsion spring;at the same time,it isfound that the baffle plate rotates with the bearing shaft as the fixed shaft in the process ofnon-uniform load-bearing,and then the coordinate shaft of load-bearing on the baffle plate iscalculated by the bearing shaft which has been constrained by 5 degrees of freedom.Thefatigue distribution area of fixed tray can be determined by the analysis of whether it canmaintain stability through bolt connection under the action of fixed loaUsing Visual Basic 6.0as the development environment,the program of pharmacy automation system is compiledand run by several plug-ins of SolidWorks.At the same time,the visualization of theparameters of the storage mechanism is realized.
