Production process design of phosphorustrichloride with annual output of 20 000 tonAbstract This paper introduces the production of phosphorus trichloride,andcompares its reaction principle,production process and method.It provides anacademic and practical basis for the production and construction of phosphorustrichloride,and combines the advantages of various processes in the process flow,soas to give a design result that both the theoretical water level and technical level reachthe leading level.This design contains the specific process flow of production,and thesimple design of each equipment,the main equipment of the reactor of eachcomponent of the calculation and design,the reaction process of the material andenergy balance.Design content and steps of reactor equipment,calculation of strengthand stability of tower equipment.AutoCAD was used to design chemical process andworkshop,and drawing was done.Phosphorus trichloride is an important chemical raw material,which can play a greatpotential in the organophosphorus pesticide production,currently in use process isgradually improved,from the three stand out from the old process method ofphosphorus trichloride bottom liquid method,this method both in theory andtechnology can meet the demand of the market,and the production technology issimpler,this also gives phosphorus trichloride in future industrial development getbetter use of the stage.Key words Phosphorus trichloride;Synthesis;Chloride;Process design
