Design of mineral water automatic filling machine--control design offilling systemAbstractThis paper mainly introduces the process and simulation of the programmable controllerprogrammed by GX Works software to control the mineral water filling machine,and realizesthe automatic production and real-time monitoring of the production line.This thesis emphatically tells the story of mineral water filling machine system controlprogram design process,from the perspective of practical use,the present situation of liquidfilling machine equipment in China and there are some problems,are more widely used insocial and PLC control,puts forward the automatic filler mineral water filling system basedon PLC control design.Completed the following work:system start and stop,water tankcontrol,filling process control,fault alarm control.And the simulation and the failure of theconfiguration king and PLC program joint simulation simulation.It is of far-reachingsignificance to improve the automation degree of production line and monitor the situation inreal time.Keywords:programming,system simulation,PLC
