AbstractToday,with advanced technology,mechanical and electronic products such as mobilephones and computers can not be separated from our daily life.In this era,which requires alot of eyes,eye protectors were born.Different people's facial contour is different,but the distribution of acupoints is basicallythe same,so the design of the eye protection instrument is based on the distribution ofacupoints.On the basis of the deformation of materials,it caters to different people withdifferent facial contour.Under the function of the eye protection instrument,it can help totrain the optic nerve and regulate the optic nerve of the eye,relieve the fatigue of the eye,andremove the blockage.This design takes the eye protector structure as the design task.The product is smoothand simple in appearance,and the product is drawn with UG 3D software.In the process ofdrawing,the matching degree of structure size and human body should be considered,and thematerials used in production should be selected according to the demand.After thecompletion of drawing with UG software,we can use CAD to export two-dimensional threeviews.At last,through investigation and analysis,the structure of the eye protector is provedto be feasible.Keyword:UG,Mechanics,structural design,CAD
