Design of Intelligent Traffic Signal Control System Basedon Single Chip MicrocomputerAbstractWith the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people livingstandard,the number of motor vehicles is increasing rapidly.The traffic problem hasgradually become the focus of attention.This design mainly aims at the main and the mainroad intersection traffic light to carry on the intellectualized design,may according to thetraffic flow size changes.Indicated the passage time length.This design is based on theproblems of traditional traffic.It uses the microcontroller as a basic development template,combined with plc and other technologies for intelligent traffic design of traffic.It canautomatically control the alternating blinking of traffic lights and observe the traffic flow.Thecountdown is automatically changed.It has been achieved to improve traffic congestion.Thisdesign is based on the traffic control system designed under ideal circumstances.Based on thecomplexity of the actual road conditions,different vehicle heights,random pedestrians,andaccidents such as traffic accidents,this design still exists in conjunction with the actual trafficsystem.It is difficult,but there are a lot of practical benefits in this direction of development.It is worthwhile to discuss how to develop.After the hardware development is mature,youcan enjoy the results first.Keywords:scm;signal light;intelligent traffic
