北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计AbstractIn the design of the automatic packaging mechanism of cosmetics,I participated in thediscussion of the structural design of the equipment and the transmission scheme of thecosmetic feeding mechanism.In the research process,I was responsible for designing thecarton automatic feeding mechanism.This mechanism is to provide carton for the automaticpackaging of cosmetics and carry out the packaging of cosmetics.Finally,the packagedproducts are transported to the workbench through a conveyor belt.The design uses a crankslider mechanism and a crank rocker mechanism to form an automatic feeding mechanism forthe carton,which solves the problem of relying on workers to manually complete the loadingand unloading in the past,and reduces the labor intensity of the workers.This cartonautomatic feeding mechanism can automatically draw down the carton,and open the cartontransformed into a rectangular parallelepiped,and then fall into the conveyor belt,and finallycomplete the carton feeding process.In the design process,I used solidwork 3D software todraw out every part.First,draw the important parts in the carton feeding mechanism,and thendesign the length and height of the worktable according to their size.Finally,after paintingeach required part,fix the worktable and start the assembly of the parts from low to highAfter assembling,use the two-dimensional software CAD to draw out the two-dimensionaldrawings of important parts and assembly drawings.Keywords:Automaticity.Loading and unloading.High efficiency
