AbstractWith the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the people have alsobegun to gradually pursue convenience in life,especially fruits and vegetables,which isvividly reflected in this aspect.At this stage,most shopping malls in my country will provideconsumers with services such as peeling,cleaning and packaging of fruits and vegetables.However,because the service requires a lot of manpower to complete,and the workefficiency is not high,it cannot provide consumers with a better consumption experienceHowever,my country's vegetable and fruit industry provides for learning foreign advancedtechnology,and has introduced and innovated some small and medium-sized vegetable andfruit automatic peeling and packaging machines.By analyzing the actual situation of commodity sales in the vegetable and fruit industryat this stage,an automatic carrot peeler was developed.The design concept is as follows:DThe characteristic structure of carrots must be analyzed first to determine the cuttinglines of carrots,and then the space structure of the fixed carrots in the automatic peeling andpackaging machine is further constructed,and finally the cut carrots are packaged and output.2 Determine the design policy of the automatic peeling and packaging machine,andthen analyze the internal structural parts of the machine.The core structure of the machine isthe fixed structure and the cutting structure.Then think about how the various structures arerelated to each other.Promote each other and work together to build a transmission system.3 Carry out experimental model design for carrot cutting.Through many experiments,analyze the internal factors and external factors that affect the cutting,and then optimize theautomatic peeling and packaging machine to improve work efficiency.Key words:virtual prototype;peeling;working cycle diagram;link optimization2
