西安交通大学硕士学位论文ABSTRACTThe development process of multi-disciplinary products involved cooperation amongdifferent disciplines and departments.Plenty of interaction between information and processlincluded in the development process.An integrated development platform is needed toexecuted and control the whole process.The upstream process of traditional productdevelopment always fails to response the problem and feedback from downstreameffectively and efficiently.At the same time,lack of communication between productdevelopment departments and project management departments lead to informationasymmetry of different sections and low efficiency of product design in the project-drivendevelopment model.In this paper,a new framework for multi-disciplinary productcollaborative design is described and a project-driven product co-work system by using RichInternet Application technique is implemented to assist designers'job in an unifiedenvironment.The key contents studied in this paper are listed as follows.1.Study the method of project breakdown of product development.A project of generalmechanic product development can always be separated into easy-operated,relativelyindependent task units based on the theory of work breakdown structure,.Units which cannot be broken down are used to the design process modeling.2.Design process chain modeling with the multi -level hierarchical activity model.Thetasks which cannot be broke down were mapped to design node of process chain.And therelationship among activities was defined by the arithmetic of the Design Structure Matrix(DSM)theory.3.Resource configuration of design node.The resource plan of product development will bemore reasonable after coordinating resource adjustmeng among key routes and non-keyroutes with predestinate and random resource configuration.4.Resolution of design node.By introducing multi-level hierarchical activity model,designnodes in the activity chain are divided into two kinds:predestinate solution node and randomsolution node.Particular solution logic of each type of node to achieve resolution of designnodes were defined.5.Design process data white-board and information visualization (IV).The study focus onthe structural design process data mining and the results were shown based on visualizationmethod with the Rich Internet Application (RIA)technique in enterprise web platform,.TheThe research is suppoted by the 863 plan hold by ministry of science and technology (ProjectNum2007AA04Z121).
