烟台南山学院本科毕业设计(论文)Design of multifunctional vegetable cutterAbstractAt present,the multi-functional vegetable cutting machine in the market is mostly theprocessing equipment used in large food factories with relatively high prices,which is notsuitable for daily life,individual farmers'production and food factories and restaurants insome small factories.To overcome the shortcoming of this can't meet the needs of the market,the design of the multi-function cutting machine on the basis of a large amount of relevantliterature review,the design of the multi-function cutting machine mainly aimed at therestaurant,after the actual parameter setting and requirements,accord with the theoreticalcalculation,vegetable cutter corresponding data checking,design optimization of a restaurantusing the multi-function vegetable cutter,the vegetable cutter can cut many vegetables andfruit,can realize multi-usage.The design of multi-function cutting machine is mainly composed of feed hopper,conveyor belt and cutting knife,the disk and motor,the working principle of the actual,is theuse of the role of the free fall of root vegetables and fruits to realize automatic feed,throughthe rotation of the disk to the hopper of vegetables and fruits by rolling cut into a relativelygood position,again by the conveyor belt transmission to the under the cutter,high in thesensors on the cutter should way when start cutting,in the process of the conveyor beltmovement according to the regulation of cutting,cutting length to achieve the final productof discharging mouth discharge to food box is desirable.So that the equipment can achievecontinuous feeding and discharging,vegetable thickness,cutting knife fine adjustablefunctions,with a variety of vegetables and fruits to achieve high productivity,low powerconsumption,safe and reliable operation,to ensure the processing quality of vegetables andfruits.
