65吨小型冷库设计

The design of a 65 ton cold storageAbstractThe location of this design is Zhuhai City,the design of a 65-ton small coldstorage It is for the storage of fresh fruit and vegetable products.In order to maintainthe freshness of fruits and vegetables,the cold storage ought to be at 0'C with ahumidity of 90%for preservation.The cold storage is 225m2 of the total construction area,with height of 5.3meters.The outer layer of the wall is made of reinforced concrete,and the inner layerof the wall is constructed of 100mm thick polyurethane foam.The small cold storagewill be divided into 4 refrigerators of equal area and size.There will be a hallway witha width of 3 meters,length of 15 meters with temperature pre-set at 25C in themiddle of the warehouse.The nominal volume of the whole warehouse is 883.2m3,and the mechanical load is 21.7kW.It uses 2 Bitzer compressors,modelBZR48F12-41G.This design includes:location and size calculation of the cold storage,calculation of the heat flow of the enclosure structure of the warehouse,selection anddesign of the refrigeration system,design of the piping of the refrigeration system,and design of the machine room.Key words:small cold storage,fresh-keeping of fruits and vegetables,refrigeration system.
