Design of tableware sorting deviceAbstractWith the rapid development of China's catering industry and a large numberof enterprises,consumers often produce a large number of tableware plates withleftovers and oil stains after leaving.At present,most of the tablewarecleaning is done by traditional manual work.The efficiency of manual cleaningand sorting of tableware is low and the labor intensity is high.At the beginning of this design,firstly,the existing dishwashers on themarket were investigated and studied to clarify the overall design requirementsof dishwashers.According to the actual needs of dishwashers,a morecomprehensive automatic dishwasher was designed,which can be used in schoolor small and medium-sized enterprise canteen.After the original fixed cleaningdevice,the device for sorting and receiving tableware was added.According tothe different shape characteristics of tableware,different gap sizes in thetransmission process are used to realize the sorting and sorting of tableware.Key words:tableware cleaning;structure design;sorting;modeling2
