ABSTRACTABSTRACTWith the development trend of our country's social economy entering the new normal,the competition among various industries has become increasingly fierce.Take the cosmeticsindustry as an example,in addition to paying attention to the innovation of products and theexpansion of the market,we should also pay attention to the standardized development ofperformance evaluation,because performance evaluation is an important response index tothe business level and profitability of enterprises.If the EVA performance appraisal methodcan be introduced in the performance evaluation method,it will play a very important role inpromoting the competitiveness and profitability of enterprises.But at present,many cosmeticenterprises in our country introduce EVA performance appraisal methods There are stillmany problems and shortcomings in entry and application.This paper investigates theexisting performance evaluation methods and performance evaluation system,puts forwardsome shortcomings and problems in the existing performance evaluation methods,expoundsthe necessity of introducing the EVA performance evaluation methods,and puts forwardsome countermeasures and suggestions EVA the application of performance evaluationmethods through the retrieval and analysis of financial data.Keywords:Performance evaluation,EVA indicators,Information disclosure,Performanceappraisal
