电子科技大学中山学院毕业设计(论文)ABSTRACTMES is positioned as the decision level between the scheme layer and the fieldautomation technology,mainly engaged in the workshop management and operation ofthe factory.MES system software with better design scheme can integrate productionmanagement,product tracking,quality control,fault report,network report andother management methods and functions on a unified platform,according to theunified database system,according to the data connected to the production department,quality inspection department,technical department,freight logistics department,etcFirstly,it introduces the research background and value of the thesis,expoundsthe development and application status of the mes system in the world's discretemanufacturing industry,realizes the defects of MES research in China's discretemanufacturing industry and expounds the relevant theories and developmenttechniques of MES.Based on the current situation,characteristics and regulations ofthe small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing industry,the correspondingfunctional entity model is clearly proposed,and each control module and theirrelationship are described in detail.In the process of in-depth study of the functionsachieved by each control module,specific analysis of its functional completion needs,and demand analysis report,the system carried out a detailed functional design scheme,and carried out a study and analysis of the software environment and completionmethods.Finally for the design of the key points of simple MES system software.Thispaper briefly summarizes the characteristics and limitations of the system,and thefuture direction of research prospects.Keywords:Function model of production management manufacturing executivesystem in discrete manufacturing shop
