ABSTRACTAs global warming and energy grew tense and serious air pollution,electricvehicles become a new kind of transportation has become more and more popular,with its green environmental protection,the transportation is convenient,the price islow wait for an advantage to capture each big market,every household has a basicelectric vehicles.As an important basis for measuring a good and bad electric vehicle,the electric vehicle charger is also a secondary parameter for customers to considerthe purchase intention.The common electric vehicle charger on the market has a shortlife and long waiting time for charging,so it will produce a lot of vulcanization.Thereaction causes the influence of the gassing phenomenon to increase.Analysis of thereasons for the short battery life is mainly due to the imbalance of charging,which inturn leads to a significant reduction in power storage capacity,which is insufficient tomeet our daily traffic needs.Therefore,the technical breakthrough in the electricvehicle on the charger product is a performance that caters to the market demand,andcan also effectively improve the defects of the ordinary charger.This topic is based onthe design of two chips:AT89C52,and LM331.After determining the technology,wecan learned after the application of single chip microcomputer and the C languageknowledge to design a new type of intelligent charger,using current mode controlscheme,make its equalizing charge,do not affect the service life of the charger andelectric vehicles.This topic focuses on the test of the hardware part of the smartcharger.It simulates by inputting various kinds of instructions,and uses C language toprogram its software part.Generally,the design is based on C language and singlechip microcomputer Smart design.Key words:AT89C52;LM331;Single Chip Microcomputer;The C Language;TheCharger;Battery Life
