新型材料在DA40D型飞机上的应用

北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业论文Application of new materials in DA40D aircraftABSTRACTThroughout the ages,in the field of aviation,all kinds of advanced materials have beencompeting to show their unique style.From wood and cloth materials,to aluminum alloy steel,to later titanium alloy Until now,the composite materials like glass fiber and carbon fiber,whichwe are familiar with,have experienced the efforts of several generations,and the aviationmaterials have finally burst out new vitality after repeated updates.Both civil aviation aircraftand general aviation aircraft,after equipped with new composite materials,have theperformance of high specific strength (specific strength density)and high specific stiffness(specific modulus density).In this paper,it is a potential research direction to selecthigh-performance composite materials.In this paper,DA40D aircraft,the whole fuselage ismade of composite materials,and some of its internal components are also made of compositematerials,which is a typical example of advanced composite materials in the aviation field.Inaddition,DA40D aircraft conforms to the design principles of composite materials,which lays agood foundation for the research and development of new composite aircraft.Key words:Composite materials DA40D aircraft body material composite design principlesII
