北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Design and Implementation of the Production Management Systemof Xibao Toy Assembly FactoryAbstractXibao Toy Assembly Factory is mainly engaged in plastic animal toys,with a lowdegree of information technology,not forming a complete information management process.Materials,assembly,packing and other processes are so uncoordinated that often leads tothe failure to complete production tasks as planned.This project addresses the productionmanagement problems faced by small toy assembly factories,developing a set ofproduction management information system,integrating production planning,materialallocation,production status monitoring and other links to provide accurate and timelyinformation services for toy production.This project surveyed a number of small toy assembly factories,collected basic data,refined and standardized the production management process.The production managementinformation system is designed and implemented using Object-Oriented Methods,providingproduct management,order management,material management,production planningmanagement,production statistics,user management and other functions.The system canaccurately record the product,order,material and other information,according to the order,material status of the production plan,calculate the material demand and expectedcompletion time.The system provides a more comprehensive query function to provideinformation support for management decisions.The system uses J2EE B/S architecture to implement,using MySQL to manage thedatabase.Production managers can manage the production process accurately and in atimely manner with a web interface.The test results show that the system meets theproduction management needs of Xibao Toy Assembly Factory,with a friendly interface,simple operation and stable operation.Keywords:toy assembly factory;production management;production planning;information system
