北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计AbstractWith the rapid development of information technology,electronic informationmanagement has replaced most of the traditional manual work.With the growing ofenterprises,the use frequency of conference room becomes higher,but under the situation ofmore and more heavy conference management work,there are still some small andmedium-sized enterprises in the state of no system process or system is not good enough.There are many disadvantages of the system,such as low efficiency,easy to make mistakes,and not easy to manage.These management systems have been unable to meet the needs ofenterprise development.Starting from the current situation of the use and management of the enterpriseconference room,combining with the enterprise background and the significance of the use ofthe conference,the research direction of the project is determined,and the implementationtechnology is determined according to the knowledge we have learned,mainly using the JavaWeb development technology based on the MVC framework and MySQL databasetechnology.In this paper,the actual needs of the conference room management system areanalyzed,the overall business process and the preliminary functional module division of thesystem are clarified,and then the system is analyzed and designed.This paper mainlydescribes the design of eight functional modules of conference room reservation managementsystem,including user information management,conference room information management,conference room reservation,view my conference,group management,conference reminder,view analysis and statistics,user management authority,and then designs and implements themodule functions in detail.Finally,the function of the system is tested to ensure thecorrectness and consistency of the system functions.It is hoped that the system can increase the ability of collaborative office,strengthen theconsistency of decision-making,and finally achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency
