北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计Analysis and design of office assets management system ofa software companyAbstractWith the expansion of the enterprise scale,the size of the office assets of the enterpriseis also getting larger and larger.It is clear that the traditional approach to asset management isno longer able to adapt to the current state of development of the enterprise.Therefore,moreand more enterprises use information systems combined with modern information technologyand new efficient management methods for asset management.This way can not only reducethe cost of managing office assets,but also improve the management efficiency of theenterpriseThis article dissects the current state of office asset management of a small andmedium-sized software company,analyzes its requirements for office asset management.Simultaneously,the paper introduces the implementation process of the system,whichincludes system planning,system analysis,system design,and system implementation.Thissystem uses springboot,mybatis and shiro framework for the back end,MySQL for thedatabase,and mainstream front-end frameworks like vue and jquery for the front end.The system mainly has six functional modules such as asset management,assetborrowing,asset inventory,report analysis,system management,and personal affairs.The useof this system will not only improve the efficiency of asset managers,but also provide data tosupport management decisions.Key words:office asset information;asset management;authority management
