某住宅小区物业管理系统的分析与设计

北京理工大学珠海学院2020届本科生毕业设计abstractWith the rapid development of science and technology in recent years,the popularity ofthe Internet and smart phones,intelligent life has gradually become the mainstream lifestyleof people.New intelligent residential areas are springing up,most of which are equipped witha relatively complete intelligent property management system.Many people have begun toenjoy the convenient life brought by technology.However,with high prices and prosperouseconomy,there are still many people living in old residential areas,and most of theseresidential areas still retain the traditional property management mode,which not only affectspeople's life,but also greatly increases the management cost,which is harmful or notbeneficial for the residents and managers.Therefore,a simple and efficient propertymanagement system is very necessary for the property management of the old residential area.It not only reduces the management cost of the managers,but also facilitates people's lifeFor this system,I will use the relatively friendly and convenient laragon developmenttool and laravel framework for windows and the simple database management tool Navicatfor the development and implementation of this system.In the aspect of system demandanalysis,the paper analyzes the user demand of the two major users of the system householdand property manager,summarizes the user demand,and divides the system function into thefollowing modules:payment management,maintenance management,parking management,feedback management,announcement management.The main functions of this system are:(1)face to face household:payment queryfunction,maintenance management function,parking management function,feedbackfunction;(2)facing Property Manager:payment management function,maintenancemanagement function,parking management function,feedback management function,publicnotice management function.Key words:property management system;laravel framework;payment function;maintenance function2
