云南农业大学机电工程学院毕业设计force caused by the structural problems of its drum brake.Therefore,the workingperformance of automobile brake is improved,the safety of vehicle driving andpassengers is guaranteed,and its drum system is adopted.It is of great significance toanalyze and redesign the actuator.The design of brake is regulated by relevant laws and regulations,and the designmeets the requirements of laws and regulations.According to the regulations as thestarting point,this paper firstly introduces the comprehensive discussion ofautomobile brake system,analyses the research status of drum brake at home andabroad,puts forward the requirements of brake design,analyses the original drumbrake,finds out the existing problems,then makes structural usability analysis ofvarious drum brakes,and chooses the appropriate brake as the design scheme.Through design calculation,the improved brake meets the requirements.The brakingdistance and braking deceleration of MPV vehicle are improved,and the brakingmoment of the brake is effectively distributed.Key words:a MPV model;drum brake;improved design;braking efficiency摘要关键词
