六轴3D打印机的设计

桂林电子科技大学单业设计（论文）报告用纸AbstractAt present,3D printing technology is slowly beginning to be widely used.It is believedthat the application field will become wider and wider in the near future,and it is found thatit has gradually become popular in the past two years.This 3D printing technology islayered and printed into a three-dimensional model.Its general term is the manufacturingprocess of 3D digital model files.The printer principle in the market is basically similar tothat of inkjet printers,and ink and paper are the usual printing materials.There are manysuch printers.For the printers,the materials commonly used in 3D printers are resin,metal,plastic,and Powdery,ceramic,etc.The computer in the 3D printer can control the "printingmaterial"layer by layer,print along the scan path,and finally control the computer blueprintto print out a three-dimensional product.Therefore,this article provides a comprehensive overview of the technical system anddevelopment of 3D printing,as well as the development of domestic and foreign industries.This describes the principle,concept,development,structure,use,etc.of this 3D printingtechnology,the future development and existing problems.It also analyzes and innovatesthe structure of 3D printers,and predicts the future development in the history of thistechnology.There will be certain problems in the design,it is impossible to be perfect,andit can only be slowly improved to reduce the problem.3D printing technology is animportant production method for personalized product customization.Its own structure andoverall design represent the development level of this technology.A six-axis 3D printingrapid model device was designed for 3D printing technology to design and manufactureactual equipment for new production processes.Key words:3D printer;six axes;structure design;Rapid Prototyping2
