AbstractDue to the large increase of external electricity and the increase of the proportionof new energy power generation in Jiangsu Province,the load rate of thermal powergeneration units has decreased significantly,the annual operation hours of units havecontinued to decrease,and the auxiliary power consumption rate of thermal powerunits has also increased correspondingly.Therefore,How to reduce the energyconsumption of plant equipment and improve the energy utilization rate of thermalpower plant,and then reduce the coal consumption of units,so as to reduce the costand improve the competitive advantage of electric energy online,has become anurgent issue for the thermal power industry.The auxiliary power of thermal power plant is mainly due to the large fan,waterpump and other auxiliary equipment in steam turbine,boiler and other systems.Thispaper analyzes the current situation of energy saving of the unit,and finds that thepump with high power consumption of the unit carries out the analysis of energysaving and consumption reduction,mainly including circulating water pump andcondensate pump.This paper analyzes why the high and low speed transformation of the circulatingwater pump is feasible,to transform the high and low speed of the circulating waterpump.Through calculations and experiments,a reasonable operation mode of thecirculating water pump is formulated,and the operation situation after thetransformation is striving to achieve the optimal operation mode and realize the idealenergy-saving effect.This paper also analyzes the energy consumption of condensate system,andanalyzes the frequency conversion transformation of condensate pump.Thecombination of condensate pump frequency conversion transformation and deaeratorwater level control mode optimization improves the start-up characteristics ofII
