AbstractThis design uses programmable controller as the core control component,and uses theprogramming computer to simulate the control system of monitoring automatic washing machine.This paper mainly introduces the internal and external structure of the washing machine,but alsothe control system used by the automatic washing machine is analyzed in detail,on the basis ofwhich the PLC-based automatic washing machine control scheme is proposed,and the scheme isdemonstrated,and according to the principle of the washing machine,the washing process andapplication procedures are designed,in some other input/output points to control,to achieve theautomatic washing machine laundry process.Because washing machine washing,drainage,dehydration time is controlled by the PLC counter,so as long as the timer parameters can bechanged washing,drainage and dehydration time.In addition,the software design and hardwaredesign and other aspects of the problem is analyzed and studied,to achieve the normal operationof fully automatic washing machine,simple mode and mandatory stop function.This technologyembodies the characteristics of high degree of intelligence,safety and reliability,convenienceand flexibilityKey word:PLC automatic Timer control
