数控机床控制系统设计

AbstractProgrammable controllers(PLCs)are widely used in industrial control such asCNC machine tools.The control part of CNC machine tools can be divided into twoparts:digital control and sequential control.This article describes the basic composition,working principle,classification andrespective characteristics of CNC machine tools.And made a detailed introduction tothe PLC in the CNC machine tool and designed the PLC control on the CNC machinetool.Then the Z3040 radial drilling machine is taken as an example to describe itsdesign process,including the analysis of the control system circuit.The Z3040 radialdrilling machine schematic diagram is used to control the machine tool using a PLCprogramming program.Keywords:programmable controller numerical control machine digital controlsequential control
